We would like to offer you the account manager position.
We are currently looking for a person who speaks English and Spanish to deal with our existing customers located throughout the world as well as attracting new customers and finding new business development opportunities for Nergy Telecom.

More about account manager’s responsibilities:

1. New customers attraction (processing requests received from new customers by e-mail or through web-site, services, terms and conditions presentation)
2. Processing current day-to-day requests from existing customers, consulting and assisting them with all the emerging issues.
3. Considering and providing of special terms for customers (discounts, special conditions, etc.)

Besides these basic responsibilities Account Manager also would have to ensure that the customer is satisfied, would have to cooperate with the customer to find ways to increase his traffic and to increase the loyalty level of the customer. Communication with the customers will be done mostly by phone, e-mail, MSN (or other chat services like Skype), but a personal travel to different countries is also possible. Participation in Exhibitions throughout the world is also expected.

This position will be located at the office in Aktobe, Kazakhstan (CIS). The length of contract should be minimum of 1 year.
The hiring terms:
Salary – from $700 + $300 for apartment, both way air tickets, assistance with visa obtaining;
Note: The local Armenian Diaspora would provide necessary support in case of need.
